  2. Much of your baby’s development during week 23 is preparing for her first real breath once she is born. Although your baby is getting all of the oxygen she needs from your placenta, her lungs develop rapidly this week in preparation for birth.
During this practice period, your baby develops her diaphragm muscles with breath-like movements that move amniotic fluid in and out of her lungs. Her lungs are producing a substance called surfactant that allows the lungs to inflate and deflate without collapsing or sticking together.

    So, Mama Audrey, take cares!

  3. If you’re feeling like your center of balance is off at 23 weeks and beyond, you are not alone. The hormones that are loosening joints and ligaments can make it difficult to be graceful. Feeling clumsy as your baby grows is normal.

    Keep the following in mind:
Take extra care and do even the simplest activities more slowly.
All the best to your Week 23.

  5. Hi, congratulation to you....

Your baby is starting to discover a world around her as her senses continue to develop. When you’re 22 weeks pregnant, your baby’s brain and nerve endings progress enough to process the sensation of touch.

Isn't interesting that during your 22nd week of pregnancy:
•Your baby’s reproductive system continues to develop. Testes begin to descend in boys, and a girl’s ovaries and uterus are now in place as her vagina develops.
•Though they’re muffled behind amniotic fluid and vernix, your baby continues to hear sounds from the outside world and will soon recognize your voice.

Wish you enjoy your baby's growing process as she is approaching her arrival date very soon...

    Ann
