Disneyland Hotel Hongkong Review

We recently spent 3D2N at Disneyland Hotel and it was such a great experience for myself and my girls! 

In my opinion, I feel that the best part of our stay was "running into" different Disney characters at the hotel hehe, and you don't really have to queue for a picture with them like inside Disneyland! During our stay we ran into Alice (from Alice in Wonderland) during check-in and Belle the next day at the hotel lobby. The excitement on the kids' faces was priceless!

In addition to this, the staff were very friendly as well ~ they would randomly give out Disney stickers to the kids which was a nice touch hehe

The hotel interior is super instagram worthy if you are into old school glam (which I am hehe). Everywhere is picture worthy!

Room wise - We stayed in a spacious seaview room that has 2 double beds!

This room is just nice for a family of 4.

Must-have bathtub for the kids!

Amenities for kids like toothbrush, toothpaste and kids toilet stool are all provided

There's even discount vouchers for you to use at the different restaurants and Disney store at the hotel! If you're staying here I would suggest you buy all your Disney headbands and wands at the hotel store because it's a lot less crowded.

We had most of our meals at the hotel, love the ambience!

There's also a playground on site to keep the kids occupied when you're not at the park hehe

There's also a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel that runs every 15mins! Very safe and convenient. 

We actually visited during the time when the Hongkong protests were ongoing and received quite a bit of DMs asking us if it's safe to visit Hongkong. For this trip we literally just travelled to Disneyland and back so we really have no idea how the situation is like in the city. But our experience was that it was very safe, Disneyland Hotel is only a 10-15min drive to the airport and there was no sign of unrest at all! 

Highly recommend families to stay at Disneyland Hotel if your main itinerary is to visit Disneyland. The stay alone is already a magical experience for your kids!
